Pattern: I made a set of Dashing mitts, minus 2 of the cable repeats on the wrist (as I did with Mark’s Dashing mitts last year). Then I made mitten caps and stitched them on the back of the hand only, so the mitt cap can flip back off the fingers. I also made two 1″ tall straps in 2×2 rib and attached one to the back of each mitt, to hold the mitt caps when they have been flipped back. Yarn: 2 skeins of Noro Silk Garden, colorway 244. 45% silk/45% kid mohair/10% lamb’s wool. Each 50g skein has 100 m of yarn.
