I’m a Florida girl: (occasional) writer, (almost) daily knitter, voracious reader and kitty lover. I also love to sing and perform in community theater and the local medieval faire.
I support myself and contribute to the betterment of my county by working as a 9-1-1 calltaker, teletype operator and fire/EMS dispatcher.
I read many knitting blogs and listen to a few knitting podcasts and several that fall into the “other” category.
My favorite sound is laughter and my favorite people make me laugh and think.

Hi Cupcake, I just got on your blog and read some and it made me really miss you. I can hear your voice when I read it. I just wanted you to know that I actually posted something on a blog last night(maybe coming into the 21st century at last!) It is Attic24…a lady in England and she make some seriously cute stuff.
