Yarn: Caron Simply Soft, colorway “Fir”, which is a fuzzy variegated cream/green/pink. I found it in my stash, although I don’t think I bought it. More likely, it was among the many skeins other folks have given me over the years when they handed over their long-unused stashes. It dates way back, with the pattern on the back of the label having a copyright of 1991. Yikes!
I made a cowl in a feather-n-fan pattern, with a moss-stitch border on each side. There’s no pattern, really, especially since I don’t know if I wrote down any notes on it. Hm. Seems like I would have, but I can’t find them now, so, um, well. It has 4 rows of garter stitch on each end, with 3 buttonholes on one side and 3 one-inch pink buttons (from stash) on the other. I made it long enough to drape a little, and I’m sure the finished length is noted somewhere, too. Yeah. Um. Sorry? (finished 11/15, pictured on 12/30 post)
