After five years of blogging, I’ve decided to give it up.
I mean, five years is a long time to do anything, right?
This is my 431st post…
But it’s not like I’ve been posting much lately.
Or knitting much lately.
So it’s not like you’ll miss my occasional and sporadic ramblings, right?
Anyway, with Facebook and Twitter and Ravelry, all our lives have become digitally dominated, doncha think?
Perhaps a little cutting-back would be a good thing…
… an opportunity to refocus my energy on actually writing, reading, knitting and
purring making the kitties purr.
(OK, so I don’t do Twitter, but I bet some of you do.)
Don’t worry about losing touch, though.
I’ll still read your blogs and comment on them.
And I’m on FB (as Toni Finley).
OK, OK: too much.
And maybe my other blog (the fiction-writing one) will get some attention…
Before I sign off, I want to say this:
Thank you for reading my blog.
Thank you for your comments and questions.
And last, but not least, this:
You guys aren’t getting rid of me that easily.
Hope your April Fools’ Day is a terrific one, y’all.
‘Bye… but only for today. I’ll be back.
